Currently, we announce a tender for the position of a Senior Lawyer for the head office of Milkiland N.V. located in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in corporate affairs of non-resident companies, organization of Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings, drafting minutes of meetings, corporate resolutions and other related documents;
• Setting up companies worldwide;
• Draft internal policies;
• Drafting, revising and negotiating contracts (both local and international);
• Communicating with banks, law firms, service providers in different jurisdictions;
• Operating of electronic document system of the Company;
• Research and legal advice on various legal issues;
• Legal support to the company's departments.

Required skills:

• Higher education in Law;
• 5+ years of experience in law;
• At least upper-intermediate level of English;
• Proficient PC user: MS Office;
• Multitasking;
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and work;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong research and legal writing skills;
• Strong communication skills.
