E-learning & Development specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Technical implementation of the e-learning system (communication with providers, testing, support);
• Developing the courses for the e-learning system;
• Support of the process of personnel assessment and formation of personnel reserve;
• Preparation of presentations and HR-reports, in English as well
• Participation in various HR-projects

Requirements:

• High education
• Power Point, Excel - high level
• Software skills (1-С, SAP, other)
• English - upper-intermediate
