We are a company that distributes decorative cosmetics TM Lamel and LN pro. The person we are looking for is a strong commercial or product marketing leader who is analytical, strategic and who can implement, understand product/customer experience and has experience in digital and segment marketing.

Role & responsibility:

• Driving the strategic marketing direction and proposition in the local market.

• Developing the marketing and digital plans in alignment with the business objectives of the country.

•  Providing inputs to the strategic programs, championing the needs of the local market and consumers.

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

• Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and submit performance reports. 

• Leading and overseeing the country marketing operation and driving achievement of business performance metrics.

• Localizing and adapting the regional strategic programs to suit the local needs. Localize and proofread materials, supervise the creation of promo materials: creatives, messages, video scripts, etc.; adapt them to market requirements.

• Be responsible for the overall success of LAMEL  promotional target-market activities.

• Support clients and perform demo calls and presentations.

• Communicating with  partners will be necessary, as well as internal communications, i.e. with the Creative, Content & Digital PR, and Finance teams. 

Qualification & skills requirements:

• Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Be a fast learner with an entrepreneurial and inquiring mindset.

• Be self-organized and able to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively. 

• Maintains excellent writing and language skills. 

• Excellent communication skills.

• Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Вимоги:

• Обов'язковий досвід в цифровому маркетингу від 2 років (FMCG).
• Самоорганізованість та вміння визначати пріоритети завдань.

• Володіння англійською мовою на рівні Upper intermediate і вище.
• Відмінні комунікативні навички. 

Обов'язки:

• Управління маркетинговою стратегією в країні та досягнення показників ефективності бізнесу.
• Локалізація та адаптація регіональних стратегічних програм відповідно до місцевих потреб.
• Розробка маркетингових і цифрових планів відповідно до бізнес-цілей країни.
• Проведення досліджень та аналіз ринку, щоб оцінити тенденції, впізнаваність бренду та конкурентні пропозіції.
• Підтримка відносин з постачальниками медіа та видавцями, щоб забезпечити співпрацю в рекламній діяльності.
• Відстеження прогресу кампанії за допомогою різних показників і надсилання звітів про ефективність. 
• Підтримка клієнтів і проведення дзвінків і презентацій.
