Game Designer

Frag Lab studio is a videogames development company based in Kiev and focused on next gen F2P MMO Shooter built with Amazon Game Tech and published by Wargaming. Our team of industry veterans is now working on a new revolutionary IP and we are looking for a Game Designer. 

Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the design team, taking responsibility for design of games features and systems
• Creating and maintaining game design documentation
• Creating, balancing and tuning game systems, features, mechanics using modern games toolset
• Evolving and adapting game designs based on play testing, feedback and live metrics
• Adapting design of existing game features and assets for consoles
• Designing controls and UI for consoles
• Researching console gaming trends 

Skills and requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a game designer role with at least one released game
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work creatively in a demanding team environment
• Passion for playing console games especially online shooters
• Positive attitude, self driven able to work alone or as part of a team
