Senior Back-end (Go+Node) Engineer #9271

The platform allows their users to focus on customer communication driven by naturally productive conversations using artificial intelligence. The client service platform provides seamless communication options across any channel from voice, email, messaging, chat, and social media — and good new are that’s where you’ll be able to make a contribution. You will join a team which focuses on one of the most important parts of application — the communication channels for customers. Working in close collaboration with other engineering teams you will be enabling people all over the world with most convenient support tool ever.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience
• Experience with either Node.js and TypeScript, or Golang
• Willingness to learn and work with Golang
• SQL (PostgreSQL)
• Experience with any of modern UI frameworks (React/Vue/Angular)
• Work according to Agile development process in a close collaboration with the client engineers and project stakeholders
• Research, evaluate, estimate, and implement technical solution for business requirements
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
• Participate in architecture and design sessions on a regular basis
• Good communication skills

• Understanding of start-up culture and experience of working with start-up companies
• Messaging (MQTT + Kafka)
• Analytics/monitoring tools: Datadog, SumoLogic
• Experience writing PACT tests
