C#/.NET Engineer #8923

Purpose of the job:

Perform research, design, implementation and support tasks as a member of Lohika R&D team. Work in a close cooperation with local and customer teams.

Main focus will be on developing and maintenance of .NET Core microservices, which runs inside Docker containers in the Kubernetes environment

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take part in requirements analyzes, research implementation ways and possibilities.
• Actively participate in researches, discussions and decisions on software architecture and internal coding, architectural, process and other standards
• Analyze and estimate implementation efforts
• Implement, review, support and debug required content
• Continuously collaborate with QA
• Risk estimations and management
• Report to TL about current tasks status, technical and other risks

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• University Degree in Computer Related Sciences
• Passion for efficiency and getting things done
• Commercial experience using C#/.NET 2+ years
• Commercial experience using .NetCore for building microservices
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (React JS)
• Understanding of REST architecture
• Web development experience
• Debugging skills
• SCM tools (TFS, SVN, GIT)
• Work in Cloud experience
• Sufficient English level for communication (verbal & written)
• Full application lifecycle experience
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Team working experience
• Fast research and learning skills

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Building Docker containers and deployment to K8S infrastructure
• Knowledge of at least one of the following: Automatic test, WebAPI, WCF
