Team Lead/Senior Full Stack Python Engineer #8514

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Our client is a leading precision medicine company  that works on sphere of molecular diagnostics.

Position consider strong technical leadership on Back End as well as Front End to create a product from scratch (build architecture, create backlog)

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with product management, create backlog for the product
• Create an architecture for the product
• Bring best practices such as unit/Integration tests coverage
• Risk estimations and management
• Report current status, estimates to stakeholders
• Build a training program to onboard new team members
• Drive the team
• Report to EM

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 Must have:

• University Degree in Computer Related or equivalent experience
• Team leadership experience 1+ year
• 7+ years of experience as software engineer
• Strong understanding of the software design/architecture process
• 5+ years of experience in Python/ Django Framework programming.
• 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript/React
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Github.
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology in Atlassian Suite of products
• Tends to engineering excellence and getting things done.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Sufficient English level for communication (verbal & written).

Would be a plus:

• Jenkins + Openshift
• Experience working on Medical projects
