Front-end (React) Team Lead #8255

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Position consider Strong Technical Lead - to help in discovery: finalizing architecture and technical stack, working with Product on backlog and leading the team that will build POC and then work on real product.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with product management
• Provide support to internal operation teams to ensure systems are compliant and secure
• Increasing unit/Integration tests coverage
• Risk estimations and management
• Report current status, estimates and risks to stakeholders
• Drive the team
• Report to EM

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

University Degree in Computer Related or equivalent experience

• Team leadership experience 1+ year
• 7+ years of experience as software engineer
• Strong understanding of the software design/architecture process
• 5+ years of experience in JS programming.
• 2+ years of experience working with React
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Github, AWS.
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Strong communication skills,
• Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology
• Intermediate+ English

Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with health care industry and data privacy regulations
