Purpose of the job:

Out client is an innovative leader in financial operations platforms providing the effective, secure and reliable solution for wordwide finansial operations using the cutting-edge technologies (including microservices architecture, blockchain, cloud providers and modern UI frameworks)

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Functional requirements and technical requirements elicitation
• Business/Functional Analysis
• Executing/Supporting User Acceptance Testing
• Creation of Project documentation - requirements and specifications, diagrams, prototypes
• Leverage rapid prototyping approaches to present as-is/to-be processes/workflows and rough designs of the proposed solution
• Communication with English speaking project stakeholders on customer side
• Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution being proposed
• Performing Product Owner proxy responsibilities. (requirements clarification, creation and refinement, grooming facilitation)
• Develop business cases, requirements, use cases
• Post-Implementation support
• Propose recommendations based on industry best practices

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
• Commercial experience as a Business Analyst (fin-tech, cash flows, bank flows is a huge plus)
• Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and support
• Knowledge of business analysis best practices (ideally BABOK)
• Knowledge of requirements lifecycle
• Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
• Knowledge and experience in the software development methodologies (preferably Agile)
• Understanding of modern WEB technologies
• Experience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.
• Advanced communication verbal and written skills
• English: Upper-intermediate and higher
