JavaScript Senior Engineer #7207

Purpose of the job:

The aim of this project is to provide single data scientist workplace in the cloud. Provide advanced data lake capability and ability to run any user code against any data within the system (user's R Shiny app serving, running pachyderm pipelines with user code, serving R Studio and Jupyter notebooks for each user). 

You will have a chance to join core platform team to bring new generic features that could be used in various purpose by real data scientists in different area. 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with very wide technological stack (js, typescript, grpc API, http API, react, k8s, golang, etc)
• Be proactive part of the small team who made real product and technical decisions
• Be able to change anything and start feature from scratch without strict guidance from leaders if it's needed

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• Commercial JavaScript experience 5+ years
• Deep knowledge and experience with React/Redux, Typescript
• Node.js experience
• Sufficient English level for communication (verbal & written)
• Full application lifecycle experience
• High code quality
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Team working experience
• Fast research and learning skills

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience working with Azure
• Experience working with Go
