Currently, we are looking for Team Lead Automation QA who will find the best technical solutions for our customer that offers the only Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform that brings together AI-driven Incident Resolution, Blameless Postmortems, SLOs/Error Budgets, and Reliability Insights reports and dashboards, enabling businesses to optimize reliability and innovation.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build test automation platform from scratch.
• Create and refactor automation tests.
• Execute automation tests, report bugs.
• Communicate with and report to the customer.
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.
• Lead functional and non-functional test design of assigned areas. Makes sure design decisions on the project meet design requirements.
• Initiate and conduct code reviews, creates code standards, conventions and guidelines.
• Provide training for other team members on general product architecture as well as his/her AOR.
• Supervise and coach newcomers and more junior team members.
• Conduct technical interviews of new candidates.
• Consult Lohika clients with best engineering approaches, technologies, architecture, design, tools and solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation like Software Architecture Description and others.
• Drive deployment and operational requirements of projects.
• Review code and propose improvements.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• Ability to lead complex projects and provide leadership as well as mentor AQA team members.
• 5+ years of commercial Automation Testing, at least 1 year using Python.
• Strong experience with automation test creation and execution.
• Experience in back-end and front-end testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Well-developed communication and team-work skills.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with AWS, GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm.
