PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for a Communications and Event Manager who has the ability to create internal communication plan and coordinate internal PR activities, organize events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. The person in this role must be able to interact effectively with professionals at all levels. In this position you will partner with the various senior leaders (TL's\Head of divisions) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the Communication and events strategies and activities.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal corporate events organization and support
Thematic activities planning and implementation
Support during external sports competitions
Branded products purchase
Posting on internal communication channels (incl. corporate Newsletter)
Taking pictures of employees and during events in appropriate for posting format
Organization of internal All-hands meetings
Recognition program maintenance
Elaboration of communication initiatives and its improvement
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1+ year experience in events and communication management, internal PR, branding
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in article writing (incl. in English)
Upper intermediate level of English
Well-developed analytical skills
Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
Ability to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
Ability to work both as a team member and independently to deliver results
Team building capabilities
Experience working with Microsoft Office products
WOULD BE A PLUS
Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Project/Program Management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Experience in surveys preparation and results analytics
Experience in CSR projects
