Business Analyst for Lohika Financial Platform Project

Purpose of the job

Out client is an innovative leader in financial operations platforms providing the effective, secure and reliable solution for wordwide financial operations using the cutting-edge technologies (including microservices architecture, blockchain, cloud providers and modern UI frameworks)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Functional requirements and technical requirements elicitation
• Business/Functional Analysis
• Executing/Supporting User Acceptance Testing
• Creation of Project documentation: requirements and specifications, diagrams, prototypes
• Leveraging rapid prototyping approaches to present as-is/to-be processes/workflows and rough designs of the proposed solution
• Communication with English-speaking project stakeholders on customer side
• Building stakeholder consensus and ensuring everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution proposed
• Performing Product Owner proxy responsibilities (requirements clarification, creation and refinement, grooming facilitation)
• Developing business and use cases
• Post-Implementation support
• Proposing recommendations based on industry best practices

Education, skills and experience:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst (fin-tech, cash flows, bank flows is a huge plus)
• Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and support
• Knowledge of business analysis best practices (ideally BABOK)
• Knowledge of requirements lifecycle and software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
• Hands-on experience in the software development methodologies (preferably Agile)
• Understanding of modern WEB technologies
• Familiarity with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
