Senior Node.js Engineer #6283

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

You will be a part of the Lohika Core team that will -Take a part in making technical decisions and developing new back-end services for a fast-growing B2B SaaS product -Maintain technical debt -Support and get involved with front-end team in developing app and data visualizations.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be involved in most of the technical decisions on the project
• Design and develop new back-end services
• Be able to take part in developing front-end components
• Maintain and improve existing services and components
• Be involved in designing/improving CI/CD pipelines
• Proactively raise technical risks and suggest measures against them

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience in designing back-end services (SOA/Microservices)
• Strong JavaScript Core knowledge
• Experience in creating Node.JS REST or GraphQL services
• Experience with *SQL databases
• Experience with Docker
• React.JS / Redux front-end development
• At least some experience with AWS or other Cloud services
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English
• Strong communication & team working skills

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with Typescript, gRPC, Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka, D3
