IT Researcher

Our friendly recruitment team is looking for a creative and responsible IT researcher/Junior IT Recruiter with a positive thinking to our office in Kyiv.

The successful candidate will provide:

• Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels
• Pre-screen candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
• Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Provide statistic reports on a daily and weekly basis

Ideal candidate has:

• Graduation of IT Recruitment courses or self-education is a must
• General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry is a must
• Intermediate+ level of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Result-oriented, creative, responsible, attentive to details,
• Team player
