Requirement:
- 2+ years experience in IT industry as Recruiter/HR manager
- Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication, presentation and negotiation
- Good knowledge of different Recruting/HR practices
- Experience in providing HR activities is a must
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Understanding the IT job market
Duties:
- Provide full-cycle of recruitment (searching, organizing interviews, providing feedback etc)
- Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers, team leads and candidates
- Manage the full scope of HR retention services for our teams
- Provide update on all Recruiting/HR processes and practices
- Take an active part in HR-branding development
- Tracking probation period meetings
- Reviews market salary levels
