IT Recruiter

Requirement:

• 2+ years experience in IT industry as Recruiter/HR manager
• Excellent networking skills, strong skills in communication, presentation and negotiation
• Good knowledge of different Recruting/HR practices
• Experience in providing HR activities is a must
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Understanding the IT job market
  

Duties:

• Provide full-cycle of recruitment (searching, organizing interviews, providing feedback etc)
• Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers, team leads and candidates
  
• Manage the full scope of HR retention services for our teams
• Provide update on all Recruiting/HR processes and practices
• Take an active part in HR-branding development
• Tracking probation period meetings
  
• Reviews market salary levels
