Our Exciting Opportunity 

Compliance Office has the group responsibility for the three compliance areas: Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and anti-money laundering (compliance with AML laws) as well as Antitrust (compliance with competition law).

The Compliance Office within Group Function Legal Affairs & Compliance develop and maintain Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program. It also supports compliance teams in the Market Areas or operational units, which are responsible for supporting and supervising the execution of the ethics or compliance program in all operating units and legal entities within the countries of responsibility.

Remote working is available for this role. 

As a Compliance Officer you will

  • Check & evaluate Third Parties from a Compliance perspective before engagement
  • Provide accurate advice and training to the business and management 
  • Build and maintain cross-functional collaborations, peers and the local Compliance network
  • Conduct and assist in Compliance Risk Assessments
  • Evaluate and review compliance with laws, regulations, and internal steering documents (internally)
  • Initiate and implementation of new/updated steering documents to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Advise to internal partners on relevant legislation and the effect thereof on Ericsson operation
  • Create/update policies, directives, instructions, and processes to mitigate legal risk

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Academic degree in law or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in Compliance and Anti-corruption, anti-bribery regulations and Third Party Due Diligence
  • Experience with monitorship will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian
  • Good presentation, mentoring, communication & leadership skills
  • Relating & Networking, Analyzing
  • Coping with Pressure & Setbacks
  • Entrepreneurial & Commercial thinking
