Duties and responsibilities
- Managing, planning, and negotiating releases and major configuration activities
- Managing the development of deliverables into production
- Distributing and prioritizing CRs delivery across different releases
- Preparing and communicating release and configuration plans to various stakeholders
- Aligning release schedules with all relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating releases deployment
- Measuring progress of software releases against time, quality and budget targets
- Managing multiple release branches including merges of changes between branches
- Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews
- Automating release management activities through automation tools and scripts, which coversbuilding, integrating and deploying of software releases
- Planning release windows and cycles across different solution components
- Ensuring that releases are properly tested before placed into production
- Managing releases lifecycles across multiple production and non-production environments
- Ensuring that releases operate as per expectations
- Validating release notes
- Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules
- Managing complex application development projects
- In cooperation with Operations team improving stability and performance of applications
- Supporting the ADM Manager in E2E delivery of new solutions: new applications and modules for existing applications
- Supporting the ADM Manager in Software development lifecycle management: analysis, design, development, testing
- Support the ADM Manager in E2E Test plan and overall coordination of test execution
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in software delivery
- Strong experience in Release and Configuration Еngineer for Software Delivery
- Telco environments understanding and experience is mandatory
- Experience with waterfall (e.g. PMI) and agile (e.g. SCRUM) delivery frameworks
- Customer orientation with excellent understanding of service providers business
- Sense of urgency and quality as key targets in delivery
- Awareness of CMMI, Six Sigma, DevOps, CI/CD Processes
,• Strong background in managing/effecting change;
- Strong communication skills
- IT Managed Services and ADM Delivery exposure at mid management level
- Experience with common Config and Release Management Tools like IBM Rational Suite (RTC, Udeploy etc. ), Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
- Ability to execute at scale in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build effective collaboration within delivery teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Education
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related discipline

- Business Hours - Monday -Friday• Available on-call/shift to manage Business Priorities
