Field manager

SUBARU UKRAINE LLC, a multinational automotive company, is announcing the recruitment of Field manager position.

Main responsibilities:

• To visit dealers regularly to check their performance, traffic and monitor the current situation and further steps for improvement.
• Arrangement of implementation of WEB-conference with dealers periodically.
• To provide any necessary information to dealers and support them, proposing the action plan for improvement.
• To monitor and check dealers' compliance with Subaru standard for showroom and service (Subaru BI standards).
• Monitoring and analyzing of the automotive market in general, competitors' price policy, sales campaign, entrance to the market of new models and making a report about that.
• To analyze sales and stock of Subaru and make a proposal for the acceleration of sales.
• To control and maintain the price list for a showroom.
• To analyze the car loan market, competitor's activity.
• Preparation of Dealer Agreement (annually signed).
• To propose the subject and organize dealers' sales training, including test-drive.
• Participation in preparing of Subaru standard for salespeople.
• Preparing and providing mystery shopping for dealers (salesmen).
• Proposing new and conduction of the current incentive system for dealers.
• Making of internal orders (and protocols) for new price-fixing.
• Be familiar with Subaru Line Up, options and technical data.
• To fulfill other requests from GM and GD regarding the car sales and automotive market (e.g. preparation of presentation of the new model, Subaru Family events, etc.).

Main requirements:

• Experience (at least 2 years) as an employee in foreign brand car importer company (in car sales sphere) or employee (sales department) of passenger car's official dealer (preferably field manager)
• Bachelor's (Master's) Degree in marketing, finance, analytics, etc.
• Executes pricing for all categories through the utilization of price modeling tools; market price validation, external market share data, and market-specific strategic pricing goals and providing reporting and analysis of pricing information to convert data into metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Experience in Mystery shopping and CRM database
• Desire to discover the answers to key questions via data and research analysis;
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Ukrainian, Russian - free, English - conversational;
• Proactive, dutiful, result-oriented professional, accurate;
• Good communication skills and ability to work with dealers and cross-functional teams;
• Readiness for regular domestic business trips.
