Required skills

— Good English (intermediate level, written and spoken)
— Has experience in using Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar
— Has perfect written and verbal communication skills
— IT Recruiter courses
— Basic understanding of IT market, terminology and programming technologies

As a plus

— Is creative and know how to find people in places where they couldn’t be possibly found
— Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

Responsibilities

— Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements to the vacancies
— Source for technical candidates using various tools like LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, etc
— Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates in the internal applicant tracking system
— Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
— Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong passive pipeline
— Salary benchmarking, market research, and analysis
— Promote our employer brand online and offline
