Responsibilities
— Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements to the vacancies
— Source for technical candidates using various tools like LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, etc
— Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates in the internal applicant tracking system
— Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
— Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong passive pipeline
— Salary benchmarking, market research, and analysis
— Promote our employer brand online and offline
