We are looking for Net Revenue Manager UA & KZ.

This role is created to lead NRM agenda and execution within the country. NRM Manager will lead development of NRM projects in country, setting local NRM strategy and priorities, developing NRM capabilities, driving NRM policies and managing NRM processes and systems with the ultimate goal to drive disproportional growth of gross profit.

The role involves being the active functional ambassador, driving the recognition of value add of NRM /Commercial Excellence with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Country NRM planning process with direct contribution to ComEx MAPs and 3/1 Plan
  • Lead country NRM execution and delivery of projects
  • Represent country in quarterly NRM Performance review process with Aea
  • Drive improvements of NRM reporting on country level by creation of reports and NRM automatization
  • Drive progress across all NRM pillars:
  • Brand portfolio pricing and price pack architecture Promotional effectiveness management Active mix management Trade Investment management
  • Collaborate closely with all key stakeholders


Requirements:?

  • Higher University education in the field of finance/analytics/economics
  • At least 7 years' experience in the field of sales/forecasting/analytics (finance/ logistics/sales/commercial excellence).
  • At least 2 years' experience in the field of net revenue management in a leading international company ..is mandatory
  • Significant proven practical experience in building NRM strategies (Pricing, Promo, G2N, Mix, as well as trade investment management)
  • Strong overall computer knowledge and high level skills in working with such programs as Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook, Power BI. Required knowledge of Excel at the highest level (working with databases, creating complex analytical reports, as well as working with macros) and other similar programs/databases
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights
  • Professional skills of written and verbal communication. Ability to organize positive and active communication as well as promote excellent working relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organization
  • Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation
  • Strong experience in leading an agenda within a senior leadership team (including ability to surface issues and misalignment's and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner)
  • Fluency in English
