Customer Marketing Manager & Category Manager OTC UA will drive and deploy ‘Irresistible engagement’ with shoppers & customers at prioritized touchpoints along the purchase journey which drives conversion, brand equity and category share growth as well as building GSK’s strategic value with key customers
Responsibility, details: What you should to do?
- Drive GSK market share and strengthen the Company's Value offer to customers and consumers
- Adapt category and brand strategies for implementation in customers in order to build partnerships and stimulate sales growth
- Perform duties in the following areas of planning and implementation of trade marketing
- Maintaining the focus of commercial sales organization on providing customers with high quality services as a source of competitive advantage and the desire to compete successfully in the market
- Develop and agree customer and shopper activation plans for pharmacy channel, working closely with colleagues responsible for retail sales, and work with key customers
- Implementation of category strategy in strong commercial offers (to align the shopper activation plans with the customers
- Develop and control of the implementation the annual promotion plans for pharmacy channel and key customers
- Using the most efficient promotional models /programs for the pharmacy channel/ customer
- Development and implementation of tools to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs
- Implementation of effective management of promotional budget (planning, control and efficiency of investments)
- To ensure best-in-class visibility in pharmacies with a focus on key brands and the proper use of key messages to shoppers, using the most effective POS materials for the pharmacy channel/customer
- Comply with local regulations and corporate standards in the area of advertising and promotion
- Implement advanced customer and shopper marketing tools (CRM, Digital etc.) and best solution regarding the use of promotional materials at the pharmacy channel
- Standards development for OTC products placement, due to pharmacies and key customers specific
- Use the most effective types of promotions for the pharmacy channel / customer
- Conduct presentations and make joint presentations categorical management plans and key initiatives for sales team
- Provide regular evaluation of promotional activities aimed at increasing sales
Category management:
- Lead Country CATMAN in OTC channel planning process with direct contribution to ComEx MAPs and 3/1 Plan
- Source of strategic expertise for Customer Marketing Managers, Sales and Brand owners in terms of category and channel trends for all GSK product categories
- Responsible for driving in-depth category expertise, shopper & customer research projects, category insight mining in order to provide business with full understanding of shopper / customer behavior / trends and new opportunities for GSK
- Drive improvement of Customer Activities via in-depth analyses (pricing, promo tactics, competitive activity, customer strategy)
- Play active role in Core Assortment Strategy development (partnering with NRM)
- Lead strategic customer projects in cooperation with relevant KAMs
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing/Management
- Experience of work in trade marketing department for 3-5 years
- Efficient of customer investment budget planning and control
- Experience of the pharmacy channel standards development (including assortment matrix and merchandising)
- Experience in OTC industry
- Experience of training materials development & presentation for customer
- Project management experience, including cross-functional projects
- Good analytical abilities
- Understanding of the sales department operations and Key Account Management operations in OTC business
- English language – Fluent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as skills to collaborate and influence
