Responsibility, details: What you should to do?

• Promote a Values-based culture in the organization by supporting E&C manager in organizing and running different types of activities to engage with employees
• To support E&C manager in performing compliance management monitoring (MM), including audit of activities, notifications to activity owners and other related MM tasks ensure compliance with the organization due diligence requirements (TPO, TPRM, SEC)
• Training and Education: to support E&C Manager in development and implementation of Compliance education curriculum.
• Internal Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) activities: to assist E&C Manager in responding to GEC requests for information, periodic reports etc
• Administrative support to E&C manager in case of audit (internal or external) within the geography of scope - Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Export Markets Hub.
• Support other Ethics & Compliance activities as required within the geography of scope - Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Export Markets Hub.

Requirements:

• Higher unfinished education, 3-5th year student of the University (law, management, finance, economy)
• Ukrainian, Russian - fluent; English - advanced
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive
• Attentive to details
• High motivation
• High level of computer literacy Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PP)
