Internal Controls Specialist (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan)

Responsibilities:

• TPO:
• Audit support: coordination of information provision between BOs and audit team.
• Written standards:
• Business Continuity and Crisis Continuity Plan Championship (where identified as such):
• CAPA coordination:
• TRACE high risk third party training administration
• Security Champion Ukraine (Rx, Cx)
• HCP Engagement Ukraine:
• business owner support and local training (where additional need is identified)
• coordination and support for standardized use of depositaries & available resources
• first point of contact for queries
• assistance to TRIO
• custody of Written Standards register
• support to BOs in compliance with with internal controls aspects of Written Standards maintenance
• Inform and coordinate plan owners of any updates required so that plans are up-to-date
• liaise between LOC and global teams supporting BCP and CCPs.
• guidance to BOs on how to update/close CAPAs
• timely escalation of open items
• informing management on CAPA completion status
• Support to BOs in process of HCP engagement approval (first line review to ensure compliance with LSOP 039 on HCP Engagement)
• custody of registry of approved HCPs
• Assist with document retention on HCP engagement approval
