Territory Field Support Specialist, West

Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Territory Field Support Specialist, West

Major tasks and responsibilities:

• Serves as tactical marketing support to the sales force Territory lead in the region
  
• Provide internal sales force, including local channel partners, with operational marketing and technical content support (e.g., through field events, promotional trials, etc.)
  
• Supports interaction with growers for field trials, demonstrations and other local face-to-face promotional activities for the selected territory
  
• Feed field level observations to relevant members of the customer marketing team for the selected local region
  
• Implement local promotional activities (e.g., promos, dealer/grower events) in concert with the relevant Marketing Communications and/or Sales Manager for the selected territory
  
• To provide technical support with territory demo field (demo & trials organization, education based trials results for customers)
  
• Ensure operational support for Territory head and Customer Advisory Representatives
• Upon request to provide end users with first class agronomic services, together with sales team if needed
  
• Provide support in acquiring and collecting market information
• Timely collect information related to the occurrence of weeds, pathogens and insects in a region, their appearance and development
  
• To support sales team with promissory notes
  
• To support sales team with promo (Agro-alliance etc.), holding and organization marketing events: field days, conference.

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• University degree (Agriculture, Agronomy, Marketing)
  
• Solid agricultural knowledge
  
• Previous experience in demo & trials organization/customer education/events organization
  
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills
