Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of Sales Representative Horticulture, Chernivtsi region
Major tasks and responsibilities:
Promote and sale in accordance with the country's business and marketing policy, the whole range of HORTI CP products for the defined territory in line with the Company Commercial strategy and relevant KPI's
To ensure delivery and implementation of forecasted results according to sales plan for the defined individual farms, building strategic long term relationships and promotion of products with Individual farms on defined geographical territory
Generate demand at defined individual farms and subsidiaries (recommend and position products, get orders, process and follow-up the deals: align with respective distributor or dealer)
Continuous cooperation with distributors and farmers in terms of agronomic and commercial support, providing both first class agronomic services for HORTI CP products.
To implement company business development strategy at territory level fully consistent with country / marketing/ customer strategy, to commercial policy terms and conditions
To define and develop the new business possibilities, carry out (special) promotion companies in the region
To organize and carry-out workshops and training of HORTI CP products, planed Orchard days and demonstration trials for farmers and distributors
Introduce motivation sales plan and development plan together with the Territory Sales Manager
Ensure alignment and cooperation with territory colleague and smooth customer support
Keep database and reporting system as required
To manage customer product claims and promissory notes (PN)
Follow up the local development of competitors, distributors and customers; to collect, monitor market data (competitor/distributor/dealer/farmer)
To support Horti-customers in their arable crop business
Qualifications:
University degree in agronomy/plant protection
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
English is advantage
Solid agricultural knowledge and understanding of local market environment
Strong customer focus and strategic mindset
Highly developed organizational skills; attention to procedure and detail; a proven ability to deliver results in a multi-disciplinary, team-based working environment; ability to negotiate at high levels and excellent presentation skills, strong problem solving attitude
