HCP Team Lead

Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of 

HCP Team Lead 

Major tasks and responsibilities:

• To manage HCP's team in Ukraine (headcount planning, hiring, assessments, development and etc.):
• Execute own plans of medical visits (individuals and groups) and other events according to a cycle task. Ensures forming and timely monthly actualization in the CRM system of bases of doctors, regional key opinion leaders (КOL) and hospitals on their territory of responsibility in accordance with the company's requirements and legislation.
• Organize and provide events (conferences, round tables, educational workshops and presentations) on the territory of his/her responsibility according to the marketing strategy  of advancement within budget for forming and developing of loyalty to the company's products.
• Ensures long term partnership and supporting of Key Opinion Leaders on the territory of his/her responsibility.

Qualifications:

• University degree (degree in Medicine). Sciences degree and clinical practice
• Successful experience on Regional Manager and Senior Sales Representative position over 2 years
• Deep knowledge of pharmatheatical market in Ukraine, Key Opinion Leaders and specialists in medical area
• Driven licenses. Be ready for business trip within Ukraine
• English knowledge is Intermediate level
• Customer focus. Ability to manage uncertainty and work under the pressure. Analytical skills, communication and presentation skills. Organizational and leadership skills
• Readiness to work with cross functional teams
• Team management skills and knowledge of management cycle
• Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word)
