Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of

 

Head of HR Operations C&B expert

 

Major tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the implementation in HR processes and system of local norms and laws in relation to HR administrative processes (e.g. payroll).
  • Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments.
  • Handle HR paperwork in compliance with Ukrainian Labor legislation and internal rules of the company.
  • Develop and implement a country specific compensation and benefits approach based on the global compensation and benefits philosophy, including communication concept.
  • Develop and implement local compensation and benefits policies and processes, follow-up of legal context, coordination and communication.
  • Follow external market developments by active involvement in relevant industry networks and by participating in compensation and benefits surveys and benchmarking studies (Hay, Mercer, Hewitt).
  • Govern and coordinate local bonus / Merit Increase / STI processes with country HR organization (e.g. HR//direct and HR//BP), including preparation of statistics, reports and local communication.
  • Manage projects regarding compensation and benefits change and optimization.
  • Single point of contact for HR//CoE Compensation and Benefits.
  •  • Adjust internal compensation and benefits practices (e.g. salary bands, policies on promotion, merit increase, starting salary etc.) based on market practice/development, benchmark results and business needs.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources.
  • English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form.
  • Several years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge of the country legislation regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Intensive knowledge about the legal employment conditions and the Group HR policies and requirements.
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel and other IT applications.
  • Capability to work in a multicultural environment an advantage.
