Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of

Pharmacy Chains Manager, East region (location Dnepr)

Major tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing sales of company products and/or services and all related sales activities in the East region.
• Plan, organize and implement promotional and commercial projects and events on stimulating sales, needed to increase the volume of sales and the market share in the corresponding region.
• Ensure and drive sales KPIs execution.
• Provide negotiation and sign the contracts. Provide control of the fulfillment of the achieved agreements and the timeliness of reporting.
• Build strong relationship with key clients.
• Handle negotiations at a high level.

Knowledge and qualifications:

• University degree, preferable Economics/ Medicine/Pharmaceuticals or/ and in General Management.
• Professional experience: not less then 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of pharma market and clients on the area of responsibility.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and collaborative skills.
• Competencies: Drives results, Collaboration, Manages complexity.
• English: Upper Intermediate.
• Valid driving license.
• Ready for frequent business trips.
