    Junior marketing specialist (position for 1 year)


    To contribute to meeting the final country result in accordance with the general country's business and marketing policy. More specifically, to support the Marketing activities. Support of marketing and sales promotion campaign by implementing the corresponding activities. Responsible for the coordination of work with internal and external providers.



    to conduct documentation circulation

    managing original documents (signing, cost distribution, payment terms, PO#, VIM#, application to accountant)

    registration of all incoming payment documents in Excel registration form

    providing the Accountant Dep. with scanned in VIM system documents for payment

    providing the contractors with their copies of the payment documents

    contracts/Annexes agreement in Directum system with Legal, Procurement and Accountant Deps.

    verification of data in CRM (marketing activities)

    by providing information on specific questions


    to ensure qualitative and timely supply of souvenirs and rewards according to the orders, document flow

    to collect orders from internal stakeholders

    to initiate tenders' procedure, to lead the order till the very delivery and payment for it

    by following up with external agencies on supply and delivery of rewards and souvenirs

    to communicate and to organise a document flow with suppliers and warehouse

    to send out the items via logistical partner and leading the whole cirkle of documentation

    circulation with client in loyalty programme (LP)


    inventory control of promo materials

    distribution of promo materials to appropriate storage in 1C system

    accounting writing-off of promo materials distributed by Marketing team

    inventory control of all promo materials twice a year


    to interact with internal and external customers

    by communicating with customers via mail, phone and in person


    other tasks





    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Good conflict management skills
    • Basic knowledge of primary documentation and accounting
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, additionally preferable is knowledge of SAP and 1C
    • Good knowledge of English, Ukrainian, Russian
