ERP Implementation Consultant

We are rapidly expanding and currently seeking for an ERP Implementation Consultant (Manufacturing and Logistics) to join our team.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in the diel of automation or computer technology
• Experience in the successful implementation of projects (as a Consultant/PM) for the implementation of automation systems, or projects for the management of production, production planning, technological preparation of production, logistics management
• Advanced English is a must (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of the subject areas "Manufacturing" and "Logistics"
• Experience in preparing technical requirements, setting tasks
• Knowledge of descriptions and methods of building models of business processes, information flows. Possession of methods of optimization of business processes
• Experience in preparing training and presentation materials, training users of information systems
• Ability to structure and organize business information
• Result-oriented mindset, ability to work in team
• Readiness for business trips

Will be advantage:

• Knowledge of SQL and C#
• Knowledge of development tools of the IT-Enterprise system

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in projects on implementation of the information system in the direction of management of production, logistics, stocks
• Conducting surveys and auditing of the customer's business processes (as is), identifying "bottlenecks" and problems in business processes
• Conceptual design of business processes and information flows of the enterprise (to be)k, development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of activities
• Preparation and coordination of project documentation (terms of reference, conceptual design, business process diagrams, test scenarios, etc.)
• Development and configuration of the functionality of the ERP-system, using visual interfaces and constructors
• Training of end users of ERP system in the organization (holding seminars, trainings, preparation of training materials)
• Implementation of technical support for the established system at the final stages of the project and after its completion (consultation, provision of necessary adjustments and additions)
• Preparation and holding of presentations in the specified directions
