We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the position of 

Water & Wastewater Engineer

Purpose:

Water & Wastewater Engineer acts as project manager, designs and implements engineering projects. S/he monitors on-site works, carries out needs assessments and surveys. S/he has a close working relationship with external stakeholders related to their projects. 

Functional general responsibilities:

• Participates in the assessments, collecting and compiling technical information related to the rehabilitation and construction works
• Prepares technical assessment of buildings and report through technical notes
• Data collection for the project purposes
• Project design review, bills of quantities and costs' estimates for the proposed rehabilitation or construction works
• Supervises daily workers and contractors in order to ensure that minimum standards of construction works are respected and are acceptable.
• Provides information to their supervisor and project colleagues on stakeholder issues, security and site progress
• Assisting in preparing research, reports and other market analyses
• Support with editing reports, formatting, proofreading in different languages.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture or similar;
• 3-5 years’ professional work experience in construction or designing or similar field of activity (Water & Wastewater)
• Excellent (spoken and written) English languages
• Excellent skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, AutoCad
• Knowledge of national laws and regulations relevant to the professional field
• Advanced knowledge of Water & Wastewater
• Professional certification i.e. of the energy auditor/ building energy efficiency qualification certificate,  supervisor, engineering consultant or other would be a benefit
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability and motivated to learn fast and work in the team
