Supply Chain and Procurement, Senior Consultant/ Consultant

Responsibilities:

Take part in client engagements and work streams related to procurement, supply chain and operational improvement projects

Help ensure timely execution of project deliverables

Help execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and organizational restructuring

Assist with proposals preparation and other business development activities

Requirements:

 Min 2-3 years experience of working in industry (large multinational companies (FMCG, manufacturing)) in developed supply chain/procurement function 

Working experience in management consulting, providing advisory services related to supply chain, procurement, operational restructuring to external clients would be a plus 

Deep knowledge of one or several topics: category management,  procurement process, logistics(transportation and warehouse management), inventory optimization

Experience of procurement process\function reframing or transformation, strategy development, creating and calculating business cases is a plus

Experience in mapping and analysis of 'AS IS' processes, re-engineering and development of 'TO BE' business-process, knowledge of various BPM software, notations systems and methodologies is an advantage

Strong strategic thinking skills and sound commercial acumen, pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving

Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must

Excellent Power Point skills
