Intern, Tax Dispute Resolution

What we do:  KPMG in Ukraine provides the clients with high-quality support in taxation matters and represents their interests when tax disputes arise. We help to develop a unique defense strategy to improve the outcome of the tax disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Search of the legal database
• Preparation of procedural documents and legal advice for foreign and Ukrainian clients (under supervision of senior consultants)
• Assistance with litigation matters (filing documents, copies, trips to courts, state authorities)

Knowledge and experience:

• Basic knowledge of Ukrainian tax, commercial, criminal and procedural legislation
• Good communication skills (English, Ukrainian and Russian)
• Previous professional experience in tax or litigation practice is a plus

Qualifications:

• University Degree or a student of 4-5 course being able to move to Kyiv
