Project Manager

What we do:

KPMG Product Development Center (PDC) is a full-cycle development team. We assist our clients and KPMG network to improve business processes by both IT services outsourcing and KPMG software solutions implementation. For these purposes we have gathered a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, BA, and UI/UX designers. KPMG in Ukraine is looking for Project Manager who will be a part of Product Development Center.

Responsibilities:

• Create product development and delivery road map
• Evaluate project risks
• Manage Stakeholder expectations
• Take a part on pre-sales presentation
• Lead the development team as Scrum master
• Work closely with BA on requirements gathering and specification document writing
• Estimate project budget
• Create cost forecast for project on Monthly basis
  

Requirements:

• 2+ year of working experience on a similar position
• 1+ year in Scrum Master role
• Project control (scope, deadlines, budget)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Clear understanding of MVP meaning
• Understanding of agile development methodologies, SDLC
• Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to details
• Managerial or technical background
• Upper-Intermediate English
