Consultant/ Senior Consultant in the Information Technology and Cyber Advisory Group

KPMG Ukraine is looking for Consultant/ Senior Consultant in the Information Technology and Cyber Advisory Group.

What we do:

KPMG IT Advisory and Cyber Advisory provides consulting services in area of

-  Digital Strategy and Transformation. Omnichannel transformation, Cloud strategy, Data Quality.

-  Digital CFO and business processes automation. IT architecture, IT-systems selection and implementation support (including, ERP, CRM, other systems);

-  Cyber. Information security audits. Incident management and response. SOC implementation (Security Operations Centers). GDPR and data privacy

Consultant/Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering high impact results to the client in assignments and be actively involved in managing client relationships and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Executing complex consulting engagements for clients in public and private sector (banking, metals and mining, oil&gas, retail, media and other);
• Documents analysis, conducting business meetings;
• Reports writing, including results of 'AS IS' analysis and recommendations;
• Client relations: business communication, field work, interviews, presentations and negotiation;
• Business development activities: preparation of commercial proposals and tender documentation;
• Leveraging KPMG alliances with technology vendors.

Requirements:

• Degree from a leading university, strong academic record (preferably from an international institution);
• At least 3 years of professional experience;
• Previous experience in consulting/ business analysis/ project management;
• Understanding Concepts of IT Architecture, IT Governance, SLDC, Scrum/Agile, PMO, Information Security;
• Professional certifications are advantage, e.g. CISA, CISM, Microsoft certifications and other;
• Advanced computer capabilities: PowerPoint, Excel.
• Pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving;
• International experience is strongly preferable;
• Fluent written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and environments.
