Intern/Junior Recruitment Specialist

Junior Recruitment Specialist 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality, cost effective and timely recruitment of graduate hires
• Search and screening of CVs, reference checking
• Candidates' assessment and selection, coordination of interviews with hiring managers
• Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process

Requirements:

• University degree (or in process), ability to work full-time
• English at Intermediate level
• 0,5+ years in recruitment, interviewing skills would be a plus
• Experience with different search resources
• Good understanding the whole recruitment cycle
• Proactive and self-motivated, willing and able to learn fast
• Friendly personality and an excellent networker
