Manager (Accounting Outsourcing & Tax Compliance Group)

KPMG Ukraine is looking for Manager in Accounting Outsourcing & Tax Compliance Group

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with directors and partners who will provide you with the support and opportunities to assist you in realizing your full potential
• Assistance with the accounting function set-up and statutory accounting consulting (reviewing the client's existing accounting policies/processes)
• Tax management services (reviewing the client's existing tax/finance function processes, roles and responsibilities, resources and skills; comparing them against industry best practice)
• Preparing and reviewing tax reporting, advising on finance and tax accounting
• Developing innovative solutions and opportunities for our clients
• Building up long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Coaching and developing junior staff members
• Participating in marketing and business development activities
• Developing and expanding the Accounting Outsourcing & Tax Compliance Group practice of KPMG in Ukraine

Requirements:

• university Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Finance or Taxation;
• strong knowledge of accounting (Ukrainian National Standards and/ or IFRS);
• strong knowledge of the Ukrainian tax legislation;
• at least 5 years of accounting/ financial/ tax experience on managerial positions (experience within Big4 or other consulting companies will be a plus);
• Excellent communication skills (English, Ukrainian and Russian)

• Strong managerial, interpersonal and analytical skills
