Social Media Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Generate and implement social media strategy to align with business goals;
• Create, edit, publish and share engaging content on daily base;
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews;
• Stay up-to-day with new trends in social media communication and constantly improving communication effectiveness; recommend new technologies, design tools and applications;
• Collaborate with other teams, like recruitment to ensure brand consistency;
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
• Measure and analyze the success of our content on social media
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence

The candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

• Proven work experience in SMM;
• Hands on experience in content management;
• Copywriting skills;
• Ability to deliver creative content;
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics and online marketing channels;
• Communication skills, analytical and multitasking skill;
• Experience in writing texts in English, Ukrainian and Russian
