Intern, Application Support

What we do:

KPMG Product Development Center (PDC) is a full-cycle development team. We assist our clients and KPMG network to improve business processes by both IT services outsourcing and KPMG software solutions implementation. For these purposes we have gathered a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, BA, and UI/UX designers.

Currently we are looking for Intern, Application Support who will be a part of KPMG Product Development Center.  You will provide specialized support and daily administration for KPMG offices. Specific responsibilities include assistance for end users, creating and maintaining system information.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring and support of application work (regularity, quality of fill, completeness of the information provided)
• Tracking and monitoring the history of interaction with clients
• Training application users to write simple instructions for users
• Addressing emerging problems, both independently and with the help of an administrator
• Formation of statistical interim and final project reports
• Processing and entering contacts in CRM
• Processing data in Excel.

Requirements:

• University degree, or a final year student able to work full-time
• Ability to work from 8 a.m. till 05 p.m. on a regular basis
• Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong data management skills and ability to multitask
• Business literacy and attentiveness to details 
• Intermediate English.
