Our Corporate Finance division practices valuation of businesses and assets, business planning, finance raising, financial modeling for various purposes and key decisions of business leaders, such as acquisition and sale transactions, investments attraction or debt financing or resolve disputes between stakeholders. By providing our quality services, we help our clients address complex business issues, identify investment opportunities, increase their business efficiency, and succeed in M&A transactions.

We are looking for an inspired young professional to join our CF team. Interns in our Corporate Finance division will join to the team of leading experts in corporate consulting. They will take a part in complex projects for industry leaders as well as number of emerging businesses.

Responsibilities and activities:

• Collection, processing and analysis of relevant data, generation of regular analytical reports;
• Preparation of databases, retrieval of necessary information from external sources;
• Preparation summary tables for selected parameters;
• Preparation of report templates;
• Taking part in different stages of valuation projects for all types of fixed assets.

A successful candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Graduate or 5-6 course student obtaining university degree in economics or mechanical / construction engineering;
• Experience in collection and processing the large amounts of data;
• Knowledge of Access, Excel at the advanced user level (summary tables, statistical formulas, databases, links and arrays, logical, etc.);
• Skills to create analytical conclusions based on an array of data;
• Good writing and spoken skills - Ukrainian, English and Russian;
• Analytical skills, attentive to details;
• Ready to learn and work hard.

Internship is full-time and lasts for 3 months. Interns that receive favorable reviews on completion of their internship are offered full-time Consultant positions in Valuation group.
