E-Commerce Manager

Our Client - one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, which operates in Ukraine for more than 20 years, announces the position E-Commerce Manager (Consumer HealthCare):

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
• Ensure a best in class launch activation across the E-Commerce Universe (including but not limited to: Online Account Standards, Promotional strategy, online shopper engagement strategy and pricing)
• Lead the day to day account management and activation of  Consumer Healthcare portfolio within online retailers
• Develop and lead the marketplace strategy and growth plans for the E-commerce channel along with developing digital plans for existing domestic customers
• Ensure our online product presence is maintained and updated so as to maximize consumer engagement on the site
• Develop and deliver customer promo plans in accordance with CHC brand strategy
• Deliver valuable category and market insights to strengthen our presence;
• Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting
• Work in conjunction with Cross Border E-commerce, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and media agency partners to ensure a strong ROI across the platform
• Provide any additional information within the scope of responsibilities to Trade Marketing Manager upon further requests

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education – business/economic/marketing education is highly desirable
• Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies;
• Understanding of web analysis
• Marketing and tech background
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
• Knowledge of Attribution modelling, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey, traffic analysis and reporting tools
• English level - Upper Intermediate
• Driving license B category
