Responsibilities:
— Develops relationships with clients via the development of client's business within the platform (cooperation with the current client's product and current terms) or outside the platform by consulting on current market trends;
— Proposes new product solutions (in specific GEO/ launch of different ads formats/ for new clients products) to obtain better performance;
— Works in close cooperation with the team of accounts from the publishers' side and analysts to receive more traffic from specific sites/placements and achieve better results of ad campaigns (whitelisting, bundles, programmatic buying, etc.);
— Works on internal and external optimization of active clients to achieve higher performance (according to clients KPIs).
Primary requirements:
— 1+ years of experience in a similar position;
— Fluent Polish and Ukrainian languages;
— Intermediate English are required ;
— Knowledge of advertising management. Understanding what is CPA, CPC, CTR and other terms of the affiliate market;
— Understanding of assigned GEO region, its peculiarities, knowing main competitors, prices, advertising verticals, peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region;
— Experience with affiliate client;
— Deep understanding of Pixel tracking, post-back tracking tools.
Will be a plus
— Work experience (AdTech, MarTech) - at least 2 years.
