Strong Junior / Middle Product Designer

Your main duties:

— Translate strategic direction and UX prototypes into high-quality design solutions;
— Redesign of existing internal company projects
— Active collaboration with the design, development, strategy and other teams;
— Promote a culture of empathy for the end-user, as seen through the focus on business objectives;

You fit these requirements:

— 2+ years of commercial experience;;
— Experience working on large and complex products or projects;
— Creating and supporting design system;
— Understanding the principles and processes of visual design (typography, iconography, composition, color, light, layout, etc.);
— Understanding of target audiences’ behavior, needs, tasks, and goals and ability to translate them into creative concepts;
— Passion for pixel-perfect interface design;
— Great design taste and up-to-date with the latest UI trends and techniques;
— Always ready to learn and improve;
— Strong communication and collaboration skills with the project team;
— Understanding of usability principles and UX methodologies;
— Intermediate English.
