Head of Account Manager, APAC Region (Adtech)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in adtech in a similar position level;
• Experience in daily monitoring, analyzing, optimizing publishers’ ad campaigns;
• Strong management and leadership skills;
• Ability and desire to learn fast and always improve the knowledge received;
• Ability to dedicate your time and effort to the work you’re doing always meeting the deadlines;
• Fluent English;
• Native Ukrainian or Russian.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in native advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the team of account managers who are working for US, LatAm, Europe, APAC and who are located both in Ukraine and in APAC;
• Setting the goals for the teams, tracking their everyday workflow and assuring meeting the deadlines;
• Assuring all the unit procedures are precisely followed, still there is a possibility to adapt them to peculiarities of the product;
• Supervising the pitching process of different ad formats, company’s new solutions;
• Maintaining the high level of dedication of the team members, constantly developing their skillset.
