Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a digital advertising space;
  • Fluent Italian/Native Speaker - must;
  • Advanced/fluent English;
  • Excellent sales and business development skills, with a track record of key performance metrics;
  • Excellent business sense with regional experience in online advertising;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, International Relations.

Will be a plus:

  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Great vision, self-motivated, excellent drive and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be identifying new prospects, creating and managing sales pipeline and closing new business;
  • Effectively building a prospect list and leverage a strong ability to transition prospects into clients;
  • Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions;
  • Liaise with our internal teams and work cross-functionally regarding any client queries, and provide customer support;
  • Representing the company during important industry events;

  • Be responsible for achieving financial results.
