Junior Moderator

Requirements:

• Advanced English language
• Strong grammar and vocabulary

Will be a plus:

• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented diverse environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate information
• Ability to stay calm, accurate and proficient under multiple deadlines
• Having knowledge of customer service principles is an asset
• Having basic or advanced level of other languages is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content (articles, galleries, videos) in order to ensure it matches MGID content policies
• Review and moderate product offers and services (health and beauty, fitness,
• technology, video games, relationships etc) in order to ensure they are legal and match MGID product offers requirements
• Review and moderate ad-units in order to ensure the texts are grammatically correct, images are pixel-peepable, ad components work correctly
• Deal with the content, offer pages and ad-units in 53 languages in a close collaboration with a team of interpreters and foreign moderators
• Applying a pre-determined set of rules and guidelines and provide internal team of managers and teasermakers with them
• Processing emails and complaints, escalating when necessary
• Manage the banned processes, track and remove previously banned content, offer or ad-unit.
