Job Description

  • Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy
  • Act as the key liaison between product management and sales team
  • Market sensing for OTC brands: translate market insights and activities into winning sales strategies
  • Develop efficient trade marketing programs aimed on sales volumes increase
  • Promo planning process management: volumes and uplifts calculation, differentiation by brand and partners and yearly cycle sustaining
  • In-depth involvement into sales planning process based on activities landscape
  • Facilitate promo execution process through internal collaboration with sales team and external cooperation with pharmacy chains
  • Ensure right set of tools for promo execution: POSM support and defined visibility tools
  • Evaluate and improve promo efficiency by brands and partners
  • Plan and lead trade marketing budget on monthly, quarterly and yearly base

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in trade marketing \ marketing \ sales in FMCG \ pharm or retail
  • Analytical experience in one of the above mentioned field (analyst position) would be preferable
  • Experience in working with big data  
  • Accurate and attentive to details
  • Collaborative and flexible approach to stakeholders
  • Ability to persuade and present own ideas
  • Excel level - advanced (formulas / macros / VBA; data management tools / basic programming - desired)
