    As the Deputy Chief Accountant you will be replacing the Chief Accountant when needed, taking up respective scope of duties and responsibilities, supporting the business by providing timely and reliable financial reports. You will be ensuring financial data compliance, statutory and legal requirements. This position addresses a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.



    • Higher education (Finance / Accounting and Audit)
    • 3+ years' experience of work in Accounting
    • Knowledge of business and tax accounting, national standards, tax legislation of Ukraine
    • Skills in organization and maintaining of all areas of business accounting, organization of document workflow of the company
    • Skills in preparation of financial statements based on the data of business accounting, its analysis, generation of tax, bookkeeping, statistical accounting of the company
    • Skills of business communication, ability to maintain partner relations with clients and employees, ability to solve difficult issues
    • Experience of dealing with regulatory authorities
    • PC advanced user: Office (Word, Excel), 1С 8.3, M.E.Doc, Client-Bank
    • Analytical thinking, attention to details, ability to work with a wide scope of information, initiative, sociability, ability to take responsibility, high level of energy and performance, positive thinking, teamwork skills, work towards a result
    • Knowledge of English - compulsory (not lower) - Intermediate.


    The scope of duties:

    • Organization of business and tax accounting of several companies
    • Calculate depreciations in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules. make sure that the processes are in compliance with Ukrainian Legislation
    • Supervision over the treatment of all business transactions in bookkeeping accounts
    • Supervision and maintaining of business and tax accounting in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine, as well as accounting policy of the company, tracking of regulatory changes in Ukraine
    • Assurance of functioning of accounting policy of the company, making amendments to the accounting policy of the company in compliance with the legislation and requirements of the owner
    • Preparation and filing of tax, accounting, statistical, financial statements of the company
    • Preparation of internal corporate reporting, financial and tax information for management personnel
    • Participation in the development and implementation of instruments for automatization of process of treatment of business transactions in tax accounting
    • Affairs with banking and government authorities
    • Payroll accrual
    • Assist senior management to improve existed procedures, systems - Помочь старшему руководству улучшить существующие процедуры, системы
