Now we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join the Affiliate Team.

Necessary Skills:
— The ideal candidate has a minimum of +2 years’ experience working in an affiliate marketing business;
— Result-driven: must be a driven person with a strong ambition to succeed;
— Understanding of common digital acquisition channels (PPC, affiliate, social, native, in-app, SEO, media buying);
— Solid understanding of affiliate marketing techniques;
— Strong analytical skills & ability to work on tight deadlines;
— Excellent written and verbal communication;
— Confidence in taking business decisions based on performance data;
— Experience in the SaaS niche will be a plus;
— Advanced/Fluent English.

Personal Qualities:
— Strong negotiation skills;
— Strong problem-solving skills;
— Business-oriented mindset;
— Proactivity.

Responsibilities:
— Research publishers online to identify new lead opportunities and markets;
— Contact potential partners via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
— Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives with affiliate partners;
— Negotiate deals and proposals to maximize the profitability of each partnership;
— Work closely with partners to review performance and provide optimization feedback to grow sales (copywriting techniques, promotional channels, and unique marketing tactics);
— Work with the marketing team to create customised landing pages and creatives for affiliate partners.
